The sixteen individual blocks of Shiraz all have different rootstock and clone combinations. These blocks are all hand-picked, fermented and aged separately. The very best go into our single block series. Block 8 sits at the top of the north block which showed outstanding character and structure and was aged for 30 months in barrel to complement the depth and darkness of the wine.
