COLOUR
Dark red with a deep black hue.

NOSE
Aromas of spiced plums, dark cherries, cloves and cracked balck pepper and a hint of chocolate.

PALATE
The palate shows dark fruits and chocolate and finishes with mouth coating tannins.

FOOD MATCH
Excellent for everyday drinking, so have it with favourites such as spaghetti bolognese or a rump steak.

WINEMAKER COMMENTS
The Nook Shiraz is an excellent example of a Heathcote Shiraz. Intensely coloured and perfumed with blood plums and cracked black pepper. Wines in the Regional range are selected for the suitability of that region.
