FOOD MATCH
The classic pairing with Cabernet Sauvignon is lamb, but for something a little different match our Cabernet Sauvignon with a big bowl of rich, dark, slow cooked rabbit, with wild rice.
WINEMAKER COMMENTS
Matured for 12 months in French Oak Hogsheads. Our extended growing season resulted in an excellent flavour development in these grapes. Traditional winemaking techniques of open ferments and hand plunge have created a wine of great flavour and texture.
