Tropical and light. Passionfruit, citrus, pineapple.
Grown in the cool climate region of Mount Benson, South Australia. Picked in the cool of the night, it was left on skins for 24 hours, to softly extract flavour from the skins. Fermented cold and bottled early, to retain the delicate aromatics.

Dry. Supple. Alluring.
Medium bodied and spicy. Raspberry, cherry, strawberry, plum, pepper.
Fermented in open fermenters for 8 days and pressed directly to barrel. Matured for 6 months in 3 year old, French oak barrels before being blended and bottled.
