RLB Moscato
COLOUR
Pale yellow/gold.
NOSE
Perfumed sweet grapey aromas.
PALATE
Fresh grapey taste, with pineapple and tropical fruit overtones. Citrus acidity balances sweetness and there is a spritzy tingle on the tongue.
FOOD MATCH
Perfect for the impromtu BBQ party. This Moscato does not require extended cellaring. Best enjoyed young.
WINEMAKER COMMENTS
Cool fermentation and early bottling produces this refreshing fruit wine that will liven up your summer. Harvested early to capture the fine aromas of the muscat grape.
RLB Sauvignon Blanc
COLOUR
Pale straw with green edges.
NOSE
Passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus characters perfumethis wine.
PALATE
The passionfruit character promised in the aroma is the first taste, followed by a mix of tropical fruits – ripe pineapple and lychee. Fresh, clean, crisp acidity balances the fLavours. Good length and finish.
FOOD MATCH
Seafood and summer salads are enhanced up by the crisp Flavours. Can?t beat it with pizza straight from the oven. Does not require extended cellaring. Best enjoyed young.
WINEMAKER COMMENTS
Cold soaked on skins for 24 hours prior to pressing creates body and texture to offset the high natural acidity of these parcels of grapes. Very cold fermentation adds to the flavour profile.
RLB Pinot Grigio

Ripe pear, pineapple and quince.
PALATE
Upfront fruit sweetness is balanced with good acidity.
FOOD MATCH
Summer is not the same without freshly peeled prawns, oysters kilpatrick and a glass of our Pinot Grigio. Try it with a curry or spicy asian chicken, the hotter the better and put out the fire with a large glass.
WINEMAKER COMMENTS
Picked in the cool of the night, pressed, cold settled and fermented at a low temperature, producing a delicate aromatic Pinot Grigio.
RLB Chardonnay

NOSE
Ripe white peach, melons and pear aromas.
PALATE
Mouth filling flavours of stone and citrus fruits.
FOOD MATCH
Open a bottle of our RLB Chardonnay and sit down to a delicious main of chicken and broccolini mixed in a cream sauce, followed by a honeydew dessert. Or take in a lazy Sunday afternoon of cheese, olives and shuck some oysters (natural of course).
RLB Cabernet Sauvignon
COLOUR
Dark red.
NOSE
Black currant and cherry dominate the nose with hints of peppermint fragrances.
PALATE
Ripe and full bodied flavours of dark fruits, cherry and blackcurrants dominate the palate with a dry, upfront tannin structure.
FOOD MATCH
The classic pairing with Cabernet Sauvignon is lamb, but for something a little different match our RLB Cabernet Sauvignon with a big bowl of rich, dark, slow cooked rabbit, with wild rice.
RLB Shiraz
COLOUR
Garnet red with purple edges.
NOSE
Aromas of dark berries with a hint of vanilla and pepper spice.
PALATE
Full bodied flavours of ripe plum are followed by soft tannins. Nuances of milk chocolate show on the finish which is long and recalls a vanillin sweetness.
FOOD MATCH
A glass with dinner makes for a great evening. Sip by the open fire or when watching your favourite movie.
WINEMAKER COMMENTS
The Shiraz grapes were harvested and given a cold soak prior to 14 days fermentation. The wine was then pressed off and racked to a mixture of new and old American oak hogsheads. This vintage was warm to mild, resulting in a long ripening period.
