With its vibrantly opaque ruby colour and a bouquet of scents and spices this looks and smells like a classic, classy Barossa Valley Shiraz. The peppery spice, the vanilla of oak, the dark fruits and liquorice of the aroma flow through to the palate and wrap the rich tannins in a layer of flavour.
